The safari continues to the picturesque Lake Nakuru National Park, famous for its pink-hued flamingos, rhinos, and tree-climbing lions, before culminating in the vast plains of the Masai Mara. The Masai Mara, renowned for its abundant wildlife and dramatic landscapes, offers you thrilling game drives with opportunities to spot the Big Five and witness the Great Migration (season permitting). 5 Days Kenya Wildlife Safari to Aberdare National Park Tree Lodge x 1, Lake Nakuru National Park x 1 & Masai Mara National Reserve x 2

Day 1: Nairobi to Aberdare National Park The Ark Limited (175 kms 3 hours’ drive)

8 AM start journey by road to Mount Kenya region. After breakfast, drive through lush coffee and tea plantations towards the Mt Kenya region. Lunch will be at Aberdare Country Club a base hotel and reception for The Ark Limited, from here you will be transferred to your tree lodge The Ark. Day 2: Aberdare National Park to Lake Nakuru National Park, (205 kms=3.5 hours’ drive)

8 am, after breakfast, transfer to base hotel for onward journey to Lake Nakuru National Park to arrive in time for lunch at Lake Nakuru lodge. Enjoy an afternoon game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park. The park provides a sanctuary for the rhino. The contrast and apparent dislocation between the shallow soda lake with its primeval birds and the animated woods all around it give Lake Nakuru National Park a very distinctive appeal. Day 3: Lake Nakuru National Park to Masai Mara National Reserve, (295 kms=6 hours’ drive)

7.30 am, depart from Lake Nakuru Lodge and head to Masai Mara National Reserve. Arrive in time for lunch at Masai Mara Simba Lodge. 4 pm, proceed for an afternoon game drive in this game reserve which is Kenya’s finest wildlife sanctuary. Including migrants, well over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. July, August and September being the months when the Mara plains are filled with migrating wildebeest and zebra, you are scheduled for a wonderful adventure. Day 4: full day spent at Masai Mara National Reserve

Awaken to the sounds of the big game country and venture out to absorb the enormity of the Mara. In this country of breathtaking vistas, view its vast assemblages of plains game together with their associated predators: Buffalo, Black Rhino, Hippopotamus, Leopard, Cheetah, Common Zebra, Coke’s Hartebeest, White bearded Gnu, Oribi, Warthog, and Thompson’s and Grant’s Gazelles. Day 5: Masai Mara National Reserve to Nairobi, (265 kms=5 hours’ drive)

8:30 AM, after breakfast, check out from the lodge and start the journey back to Nairobi arriving in the afternoon to finish your trip with Pal-Davis Adventures Kenya Limited.
